this nonprofit's wordpress site was not so cute. there was so many broken links and features causing major headaches. i redesigned and migrated them to shopify so they could sell merch, book tours, and get people stoked about their historic mission.
-
• research: wordpress was meh and kept crashing, so i dug into what they actually needed. turned out shopify was a perfect fit for their e-commerce goals
• design: created a new flow chart in figma that made booking tours stupid easy and helped people discover their merch
• integration: got fareharbor integrated so people could drop a bag on tour bookings without any hassle
• content: cranked out a short-form vid in capcut to get their socials poppin'
-
• immediate functionality: tour booking went live and people were booking tours right away
• business growth: president was stoked. finally could sell inventory again and promote without stressing about the site breaking
• user engagement: people were like "yo, this place actually exists?!" and it gain tons of new interest and excitement
• platform optimization: nah dog to wordpress problems, hello to a shopify setup that actually works

worked directly with the president (super cool dude) and his assistant to make sure everything was stellar for both the team and customers.
